Horse and rider combinations that had gained points throughout the series were invited to attend. The prize fund at the Grand Finals was almost €17,000, including riders’ prizes and breeders’ prizes. The duo, having now recorded a hat trick of wins after taking the finals at both Ballina and Tattersalls, lead the 6/7 year old league.
