IHB Sponsor Classes at the Association of Irish Riding Clubs Riding Club Festival

The annual AIRC Riding Club Festival got underway in Stradbally, Co. Laois on the 10th and 11th of June. The Irish Horse Board was proud to sponsor the Ridden Irish Draught class and the Ridden Connemara Pony class at this exciting event.

The Irish Horse Board was delighted to be associated with such a successful event and would like to thank AIRC for the excellent facilities they provided.

Ridden Irish Draught class:

1st My Georgina (RID) 1995 mare by Silver Granite (RID). Rider: Jil Casey.
2nd Bannerman Breeze (ID) 1995 gelding by Springpark Easy Breeze (ID). Rider: Deborah Tems.
3rd Ardnasasil Breeze (RID) 2001 mare by Sir Stormy Breeze (RID). Rider: Lisa Mulhall.

Ridden Connemara Pony class:

1st Baunoge (CP) 1996 gelding by Dunlewey Sonny Jim (CP). Rider: Mary Carter.
2nd Rubric (CP) 1990 gelding by Glencarrig Finn (CP). Rider: Barbara Smyth.
3rd Kilshanny Snowball (CP) 2001 colt by Gloves Misty Owen(CP). Rider: Fiona Donohue.
