Irish Horse Board Supporting the West Cork Breeders Show 2006

The West Cork Horse Breeders Cooperative Society is dedicated to the support and promotion of the horse breeding industry in West Cork. For the past few years, they have run successful competitions for young horses at the West Cork Equine Centre. These competitions act as a showcase for young horses and ponies.

For 2006, the Irish Horse Board dedicated prize money of €1500 for three classes at this venue; Four Year old Ridden Horses, Three Year Old Horses Loose Jumping and 3 & 4 Year Old Ponies Loose Jumping.

With Lars Christensson judging, the show was a huge success. The IHB are delighted to have been associated with the event, which served as an excellent showcase for young horses and ponies. The IHB would like to thank all those involved in the show, in particular Wendy Conlon for all her hard work.

Four Year Old Ridden Horses:
