Irish Horse Board - Supporting Young Riders 

In order to support young riders competing to a high level on Irish bred horses the Irish Horse Board will be awarding training bursaries of €1,000 to all young/junior riders that win a Grand Prix on a horse registered in the Irish Sport Horse or Irish Draught Horse Studbook.

The first of these training bursaries will be awarded to Alexander Butler following his win in the 2007 Young Riders Grand Prix class at Wierden (Ned) CSIOY with Sea Dancer (ISH) by Sea Crest (RID).

The Irish Horse Board hopes that these training bursaries will encourage the development of our talented young riders.
