Young Irish Sport Horse talent on display at Marlton Stud

The finals of the Irish Horse Board and Dressage Ireland Potential Irish Dressage Horse Class took place at the National Dressage Championships at Marlton Stud on Saturday 3rd of September. Eleven of the thirteen horses which qualified participated in the final which was a showcase for talent of the Irish Dressage Horse. Winning the class and claiming the €1,000 which was on offer was the grey gelding Adonis ridden and owned by Suzanne Arthur. Adonis was bred by Tom O Morche from Co Wexford who received a cheque for three hundred euro as breeder of the winning horse.

The Irish Horse Board is delight to have been involved with the Potential Irish Dressage Horse Class and wish to thank all the shows at which qualifiers were held and to Marlton Stud for hosting the final. A special thanks to Joan Keogh of Dressage Ireland who dedicated a lot of time and effort to ensure the success of the class.
