Badminton Horse Trials 2007

Lucinda Fredericks steered her little chestnut mare, Headley Britannia, to victory at Badminton CCI**** over the weekend. After a superb dressage test put the duo into first place, Lucinda managed to maintain the lead right through the rest of the weekend.

The highest placed Irish horse was the Thoroughbred Hide And Seek II, ridden by Sarah Cohen. While the highest placed Irish Sport Horse was the famous Lenamore with Caroline Powell on board. Irish Sport Horses dominated the field, with almost a third of those that completed being Irish bred.

The Irish Horse Board were proud to sponsor the Huntsman’s Close at this prestigious event.
