Captain Geoff Curran (Irl) and the Minister for Defence’s Irish Sport Horse, Kilkishen, stormed to victory in the World Cup Qualifier at Tattersalls International on Sunday. 32 horses finished the competition, with 19 being Irish Sport Horses. This prestigious event was sponsored by Horse Sport Ireland with €25,000 in prize money on offer. Curran scoped the top prize of €10,000 for his win, leaving Olympic and European medalists behind him on the score board.
