Grand Prix Success for Irish Sport Horses
Irish Sport Horses enjoyed success in Grand Prix classes on the showjumping circuit last week. At Comporta, Portugal, the €20,000 Grand Prix class saw Marion Hughes (Irl) and HHS Cashmere (ISH) take third place. In the same class, Harry Marshall (Irl) and Mandrin Smoke (ISH) finished in fifth position, while Stephanie Finetto (Swe) and Merlin’s Magic (ISH) took twelfth.
In Wellington, Florida, American rider Sarah Tredennick finished in eighth place in the $75,000 Grand Prix class with Special Verdict (ISH). At the same show, Alexa Lowe (USA) and Credit Cruise (ISH) took home their share of the $30,000 prize fund when they finished in eighth place in the WEF Challenge Series class.
