Horse Sport Ireland – Passport Promotion Notice

 
Horse Sport Ireland is pleased to announce for a limited period, a reduction in passport registration fees for the period commencing 1st April until 31st May 2009. White (non-pedigree) passports will be available during this period for the reduced fee of €25. In addition, during the same period, HSI will offer the endorsement of passports for Thoroughbred mares (Weatherbys passports) at a reduced fee of €25.
 
Owners of yearlings (2008 progeny) will be entitled to avail of a volume discount in registration fees. Owners, who register five or more yearlings with pedigree, in the months of April and May, will be entitled to the following discounts:
 
  • Irish Horse Board Co–Op Shareholders - €75 fee for registration of yearlings with pedigree discounted to €50
  • Non Irish Horse Board Co-Op shareholders - €105 fee for registration of yearlings with pedigree discounted to €80
REMINDER: From 1st July 2009, microchipping of equines will be compulsory under regulations set by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
