Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the above Society will be held at Hudson Bay Hotel, Athlone, Co Westmeath on Wednesday 14th November at 7.30pm.

AGENDA:
1. To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Society held on the 10/10/2006.
2. To receive the Chairman’s statement
3. To receive and adopt the financial statements for 2006 and the auditors report thereon.
4. To appoint an auditor.
5. Any Other Business.
