Irish Sport Horse success at Saint Lo and HOYS

Irish Sport Horses were on form last week at both Saint Lo (Fra) and the Horse Of The Year Show in Birmingham. There were few classes at Saint Lo where Irish Sport Horses were not in the prize money and the Army Equitation School were well represented by Capt. David O’Brien and Captain Shane Carey. Killossery (ISH), ridden by Capt. Shane Carey (Irl), was voted Best Horse of the Show.

At HOYS the Irish were in flying form, racking up several wins and high placings. Cian O’Connor (Irl) and Irish Independent Echo Beach (ISH) were first in the Vinopolis Classis, while Neal Fearon (Irl) and Beowulf (ISH) finished fifth in the Showjumper Of The Year class.
