Irish Sport Horses in the Prizes at Hickstead

Irish Sport Horses had a good week of competition at the Longines Royal International Show at Hickstead 2007. In the Queen Elizabeth Cup, Lotta Schultz (Swe) & Calibra II (ISH) finished in third position with Marie Burke (Irl) and Chippison (ISH) finishing in fifth. In the King George V Gold Cup, Wexford (ISH) & Robert Bevis (Gbr) and World Cruise (ISH) & Shane Breen (Irl), finished in sixth and eighth place respectively.

Earlier in the week, Marie Burke (Irl) & Chippison (ISH) won the Longines Classi, while Shane Breen (Irl) & Dorada (ISH) were victorious in the Sky Sports Speed Classic.

The Irish Horse Board sponsored the first international class of the week, the Irish Horse Board International Chase.
