Irish Team Finish Second In Czech Nations Cup

The Irish Showjumping Team have finished second in the 4* Nations Cup in the Czech Republic. The team, consisting of Commandant Gerry Flynn & Mo Chroi (ISH), Captain Shane Carey & River Foyle (ISH), Cian O’Connor & Irish Independent Echo Beach (ISH) and Conor Swail & Rivaal, finished on four points just a single point behind Great Britain. The result has further strengthened the Irish team’s chances of regaining a Superleague spot next year.

At the same venue, Comdt. Gerry Flynn and Mo Chroi (ISH) put in a superb performance in the Grand Prix, finishing in second place less than a second behind the winner. Another Irish duo, Marion Hughes and Heritage Transmission (ISH), had Grand Prix success when they won the Comporta Grand Prix in Portugal.
